Lunch with Friends!

The weather was beautiful and I got to spend time with a good friend of mine! :D

We went out to lunch at this place called Bay House ( http://whereyoueat.com/Bay-House--3296.html )
Their menu makes them look like a typical take out place but they do serve restaurant style food.
I recommend this place if you do enjoy Asian cuisine.

What we ordered:
We had some miso soup, which was so nice to have on a chilly day.

Sushi

Ari's Sushi: Squid, Yellow Tail, White Tuna 

NeNe's Sushi: Tamago, Salmon Nigiri, and Shrimp Nigiri

Ari ordered a pad thai.

From what I can tell, it had noodles, shrimp, tofu, crushed peanuts, shredded carrots, bean sprouts and maybe a few other ingredients I missed. I tasted it and it was really good. It wasn't spicy though, not that I minded that. I cry from things that are "mild" LOL. 

For my lunch I ordered Teriyaki Tofu. Age Tofu (fried tofu), onions, and broccoli, with a teriyaki sauce served with a bowl of rice. The tofu was perfectly cooked, it didn't have a tough texture at all. What really surprised me is the broccoli. Normally broccoli is either too hard or too mushy but their broccoli was cooked just right. The teriyaki sauce had a sweet flavor.

After we had lunch we were both in the mood for BuBbLe TeA! Soooooo we decided to go to a place called Something Sweet.
 I had never been there before till today. I'm not sure what else they have but from what I remember they have bubble tea (hot or cold), normal tea, smoothies, shaved ice, ice creams, sorbets, pastries, and soups. They are not just an ice cream shop. They are a bakery/cafe ^o^.
  If you live on the island and have the chance to visit it, please do!

They have a lot of desserts/flavors that would be found in Chinese/Japanese/Korean cafes.

Ari and I got bubble tea. My bubble tea was Vanilla Green Tea and hers was Vanilla Black Tea.
Mine was more sweet and hers had more of the "tea" flavor.
